We are located on the ground floor with a purpose-built disabled toilet, making it easily accessible for those less agile. If you do have any disability that you think we need to know about, please give us a call before your appointment and we will do our best to put suitable arrangements in place to accommodate your needs.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional service, but in the unlikely event that you have been unhappy with our service, please let us know and we will do our very best to resolve this. Either inform us at reception or directly with your clinician, or alternatively, please write into us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A copy of the procedure is also available at reception.
We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously and have systems in place to protect all personal information. All patient records are stored securely. We do not release information to a third party without your express permission, unless the information is required by law. A copy of the practice confidentiality policy is available at reception. You can also request information about your rights to view your records here.
Methods of payment: We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards at the practice.
We kindly request a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours for appointments of less than one hour, and seven days for appointments over one hour. Unfortunately, if an appointment is not cancelled within the correct notice period, charges may be applied. Due to short notice cancellations and patients failing to attend, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking for all treatments and hygiene appointments.
